Antitrust Compliance Policy
This Antitrust Compliance Policy (the “Policy”) sets forth the antitrust compliance policy of the Forum. The Forum is a voluntary association of business and organizations that are involved in the field of wireless telecommunications.
It is the express policy of the Forum to require that all activities of the Forum be conducted strictly in accordance with U.S. federal and state antitrust laws and foreign antitrust laws.
The Forum is not intended to become involved, and will not become involved, in the competitive business decisions of its member companies, nor will it take any action which would tend to restrain competition among and between such members in violation of the antitrust laws. Furthermore, this Policy prohibits discussions among members of the prices for which they will sell or purchase products, components or other inputs. The Forum unequivocally supports the policy of competition served by the antitrust laws and uncompromisingly intends to comply strictly with such laws.
IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EVERY MEMBER OF THE FORUM TO BE GUIDED BY THIS POLICY OF STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH THE ANTITRUST LAWS IN ALL OF THE FORUM’S ACTIVITIES.
ANY VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY SHALL MAKE THE VIOLATOR SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION FROM MEMBERSHIP IN THE FORUM AND IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM ANY OFFICE HELD BY ANY OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE VIOLATING SUCH RULES.
