The MCUXpresso SDK is a comprehensive set of drivers and middleware for enablement of LPC, Kinetis, and iMX silicon. The MCUXpresso IDE provides a development environment that works directly with the MCUXpresso SDK, including compilation and debugging of user created software. The MCUXpresso Configuration tools provide a UI based interface for configuration of the MCUXpressoSDK for the pin IOmux, clocks, and peripheral driver usage.
