Summary:

The following security vulnerabilities have been identified: CVE-2017-0454 The value of effects->config.buf_cfg.output_len can be accessed via the ioctl command AUDIO_EFFECTS_WRITE and AUDIO_EFFECTS_SET_BUF_LEN, and a race condition exists that can lead to a buffer overflow if output_len is set to a value greater than size between the check and the copy.
